Consultation

Here at Bellus Staging, we provide consultation services. During our consultation session, we will walk around the whole property with the client, giving suggestions along the way. Taking every small detail into account, we will look at every aspect of the house, from curb appeal to every room to backyard aesthetics. Tips and recommendation will be made to help improve your home’s selling value and ready for open house. We will give advice on what needs to go, what needs to stay, where furniture and accessories should be placed, if home repairs are necessary, paint color selection and much more. Consultation typically last up to 2 hours, and clients are encouraged to take notes. After the consultation session, clients can chose to take our suggestions and do the improvements themselves, or continue with our staging service.

Occupied Home Staging/ Partial-Service Staging

Some homeowners continue to live in their homes when it’s placed on the market, or want to leave certain pieces of furniture in the house. At Bellus Staging, we understand your situation and can accommodate with the current display within your home. During the consultation session we will discuss with you to decide what pieces of furniture should stay and where they should be placed. We can incorporate any pieces you need to stay in the home, and blend it with our extensive collection of furniture and decorative pieces, to strategically create one cohesive and beautiful home ready for it’s “big show”.

Vacant Home Staging/ Full-Service Staging

Here at Bellus Staging, we are happy to work with “empty canvases”. We have an extensive collection of staging furniture and decorations that we can pull from to make your home “show ready”. After a consultation session, our employees will come into your home and give it a full staging service, taking every nook and cranny into consideration. No detail is too small for us at Bellus Staging. So just sit back, relax, and enjoy the show. Bellus Staging will create a wonderful home that is ready to take center stage at your open house.

Same-Day Staging
